The Pathway Of His Presence

You know how blessed you feel when you’re in Church, how you easily forget your burdens when you’re dancing and listening to the sermon?

That’s because you’re conscious of the fact that you’re in the presence of God.

And you know why, when you leave Church, you become conscious of your burdens and become overwhelmed by them again?
It’s because you become unconscious of the presence of God and rather let yourself become conscious of your burdens.

We were not made to live outside the presence of God. And until we realize that the presence of God is ALWAYS with us, we can’t live a perfect life, yet. We should always acknowledge the presence of God and continually dwell in it.

We do not involve God in some things because we think God is not interested in them but He is interested in every little details of our lives. Whenever you have something going on with you, God should be the first person you talk to, not your last resort.

The messenger of God also explained some of the ways to sustain the Presence Of God. The first of which is Living A Life Of Purity. The level of purity of your life should be inviting to the Lord. The Lord only dwells in Holy places.
We should also Consecrate our lives and set it aside for the Lord’s use for Higher purposes. Mary was privileged to birth our Lord Jesus because she had consecrated her life for God’s divine use.

The degree of our Hunger, Thirst and Desire for the Lord can invite the Presence of God. (Psalm 27:4 NKJV) . Just as seen in the case of Mary Magdalene. She was so hungry and so much desired to see Jesus that she didn’t recognize Him at first and even mistook Him for a gardener. (John 20:11NKJV). But this hunger and desire made Jesus show Himself to her even before He ascended to Heaven. There must be a strong desire and hunger in us to continually want to dwell in the presence of God. We can also sustain the Presence of God by Utter Brokenness. (Psalm 51:17 NKJV) God needs men that are broken and totally yielded for Him. Are you broken enough to blindly follow the orders of God?
