HAND IN HAND (CULTIVATING GOD’S PRESENCE)

To walk with God hand in hand, cultivating a continuous and consistent relation with Him is necessary. As in the case of Moses and Enoch, their close relationships with God made them walk hand in hand with Him all through their lives.
Enoch’s relationship with God was so intimate that God got so interested in it, He had to take Enoch to be with Him. The issue that many believers have with maintaining a consistent relationship with God is that they let go too easily. They get tired and give up too easily costing them the relationship. There is so much mystery about God that it takes patience to attain the level of intimacy that Moses attained with God.

To build that relationship with God, you must hunger and thirst for it, first. 1 Peter‬ ‭2‬:‭2‬ ; “Like newborn babies, you must crave pure spiritual milk so that you will grow into a full experience of salvation. Cry out for this nourishment,” (NLT).

The messenger of God also explained that enjoying God hand in hand, you must engage Him by His words. The word of God is like medicine, it heals. Do not read the Word of God like you would read a ‘storybook’. Read the Word of God with the sole intention of conversing with Him and strengthening your relationship with Him.
