living with the end in view

1 Thessalonians 4:13-5:11

As a Christian, you are on a pilgrim journey here on earth; and you must live your life with the end in view.  You must be conscious of your spiritual citizenship than your natural citizenship. The bible in Philippians 3:20a says;  “But our citizenship is in heaven…”

As a child of God, you must know that everything and anything that makes you comfortable here on earth, can also make you forget Heaven.
A Christian must live with the understanding of who he/she is in Christ Jesus and let this reflect in his or her day to day activities; we are expected to live and remain rapturable at all times.

Know this fully well that; No religion gave us the assurance of life after death except Christianity. Although, there are moments of gloominess, confusion and no hope of tomorrow, but we should find solace and comfort in God’s word (that is; the Bible). As seen in John 14:1-4.
