Victory over Taskmasters

In today’s service, the servant of God led us to pray against the taskmasters.

The children of Israel in the land of Egypt suffered terribly from the hand of Pharaoh and his taskmasters because of their increase in number which was a threat to the Egyptians.

There are times that we as believers suffer in the hands of earthly “taskmasters” because we seem to be prospering and flourishing in all that we lay our hands on….

Therefore, as children of God if;

• The blessings of God in our lives are not surprising us,
• Our lives do not reflect our earnings,
• We are not enjoying the things God is bringing into our lives, etc.,

Then, something is wrong -This means that we are under that the attack of a taskmaster.

To overcome this, we need to ask the God of all grace who is able to deliver us totally from the hands of the taskmaster. 1^st Peter 5:10a which says; “But may the God of all grace…”

To be free from the hand of a Taskmaster, we need the grace of God.
